Register for Kids’ Engineering Learn Local event on Feb. 3

Ballston Spa Education Foundation’s Kids’ Engineering Learn Local event will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, February 3, at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Students in grades 3-8 will explore the fundamentals of engineering and mechanical design with hands-on activities such as creating hydraulic lifts, balloon powered cars, and more! BSEF awards more than $13,000 in grants

The Ballston Spa Education Foundation awarded over $13,000 in grants during the 2016-2017 school year alone! From new microscopes and STEM education kits to a refreshment cart and tools to build and maintain the middle school nature trail, there were a variety of grants awarded. Congratulations to all! Welcome to the Ballston Spa Education Foundation

We are a volunteer organization that supports the mission of the Ballston Spa Central School District by raising and distributing resources for educational enrichment outside the realm of the daily operational needs of the school district.

 

Since 1996, the foundation has distributed over $353,000 to fund educationally enriching programs at all grade levels.
